Greetings from Avinya Infinity Solutions Private Limited, India!

We appreciate your choice of the Sterizen UVM+ Automated Disinfection Device, designed with state-of-the-art Ultrasonic Dry Mist and UV-C technology, and rigorously tested for safety and performance in accordance with international standards, including IEC 60601-1.

Our commitment lies in providing safe, reliable, and high-performance infection-control solutions.

1. Warranty Coverage

Avinya Infinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”), under the Sterizen brand, guarantees that the UVM+ Disinfection Device will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of:

✔ One (1) Year – Standard Warranty**

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date indicated on the invoice.

During this period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component at no extra cost to the customer.

Repairs will be conducted either on-site or at an authorized service center, based on the product assessment.

2. Conditions for Warranty Validity

To activate and claim the warranty, customers must provide:

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • A duly filled and stamped warranty card (physical or digital).
  • The device must be utilized strictly according to the operating instructions provided by Avinya Infinity Solutions under the Sterizen brand.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers the following issues:

  • Manufacturing defects in mechanical or electronic components.
  • Faulty sensors, controllers, UV-C module, misting module, PCB assembly, or structural components.
  • Product malfunction resulting from normal, recommended usage conditions.
  • Safety-related failures verified through internal diagnostic checks.

This warranty is only applicable for devices used within India, unless specified otherwise.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper Usage: Misuse, mishandling, physical damage, accidents, fire, flooding, or environmental factors. Operating the device contrary to the user manual.
  • Unauthorized Intervention: Repairs, alterations, modifications, or servicing by unauthorized personnel. Use of non-Sterizen accessories, liquids, chemicals, or replacement parts.
  • Consumables & Wear Items: Nozzles, filters, misting consumables, gaskets, or cosmetic parts subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Electrical & Environmental Conditions: Damage from electrical surges, unstable power supply, or incorrect voltage, as well as exposure to corrosive environments or unapproved chemicals.
  • Improper Storage or Transport: Damage due to poor packing, dropping, or mishandling during transport.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to:

✔ Repair or Replacement of the Defective Component/Product Only

The warranty does not cover:

  • Downtime losses or business interruptions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Costs related to removal, reinstallation, or site preparation.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Avinya Infinity Solutions / Sterizen exceed the original purchase price of the device

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

In the event of an issue:

  • Provide the device serial number, purchase invoice, and a brief description of the issue.

Our support team will initiate a diagnostic evaluation (either remote or on-site). If approved, repair or replacement will be executed per the warranty terms.

7. Post-Warranty Support (AMC)

After the one-year warranty period, customers may choose to enroll in a Sterizen Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which includes:

  • Preventive maintenance.
  • Priority service.
  • Discounted replacement parts.

AMC pricing will be provided upon request.

8. Disclaimer

The Sterizen UVM+ is a medical-grade disinfection product, tested under IEC 60601-1 safety standards and validated across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

However, the warranty does not guarantee microbial reduction outcomes beyond the tested and validated conditions.

9. Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.
